The Association has spent the last seven years seeking the necessary votes to remove the timeshare termination dates from our declarations and preserve our timeshare. We accomplished what many thought was the impossible. We have secured the required votes to amend the documents and eliminate the termination dates. The Barrier Island Station Duck timeshare structure is preservedThis has been a team effort.  Thanks to former President Robert Allen and his wife Roseleen for finding the issue and working with our attorney to develop the documents and process to secure the votes. Thanks to everyone involved in the seven years of multiple mail, phone, event and front desk campaigns to secure the votes to make this happen. Click Here to find the final results.
